Support Member Specific Symptom 5 is essentially saying the SPSS Statistics licensing components on the client side cannot find a running license manager at the given IP address. Note that this is different from not being able to find a computer at the given IP address -- it is saying it found a computer at that address, but the Sentinel RMS License Manager is running there. This is likely an issue you need to take up with your University staff.
