Click on View in log activity; does the search show the expected data (if not, check in the events if the Events per Second ... properties are extracting data properly)?
Verify which Value to Graph is selected for the time series (the relevant ones should have an asterisk* showing there is accumulation)?
Try lowering the Time range to 5 min and see after the period expires if you will see anything (if yes, gradually enlarge the Time range).
Under Admin > Aggregated data management select Display > Time series and if there is enabled aggregation for this search (Event Rate (EPS)).
