Have you ever had an idea of how your would improve Envizi?
Is there something that irritates you every time you use it?

Have thought of a cool new feature that will save us all some time?

Do you know you can share these with the developers for consideration in a future release and more importantly,  did you know you can vote on the ideas and contributions of others? IBM Ideas

There's already quite a lot of activity for Envizi so be sure to search to make sure your not duplicating an existing idea.  If you find your idea has already been submitted, give it a like and this will inform the decision making process.  You can even link it back to a support request if you have had a problem you needed to raise a ticket for

Has anyone logged an idea and had it incorporated?

    Would it be possible to

    1. flag when data is +/-10% deviation compare with same quarter or month previous year?

    2. add comments to explain any reasoning for those deviations?

    Many thanks,

    Greta

    Hi Greta,

I can do even better and the best news is that this functionality already exists!

If you have access to manage your account styles you can set up a variance rule.  This will let you set a rule where if there is a variance of x compared with a variety of timeframes. such as

    • last n months
    • same period last year
    • historic average
    • previous period average.

When the defined threshold [x] is met you can trigger an alert of a specified priority (high medium or low).  This triggers an alert (Account data alert) that can be managed via Issues available under Monitor.  The deviation commentary can be managed in the workflow within the Issue.

You can find more detail on the Account style rules here Account style rules - IBM Documentation
