    See http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/webmethods/sap231/pages/intro.htm

Basically EntireX (or Natural) Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs) are translated to Remote Function Calls (RFCs) calls

The communication infrastructure is provided by EntireX technology supporting all operating system platforms (including mainframes).

    Hi Rolf,
Let me see if I got that right, EntireX is need it because of it’s provide the communication between SAP and Natural no matter what’s the platform are. Isn’t it?.
Also EntireX allows the traslation from RPC to RFC and from RFC to RPC. Doesn’t it?

    Best Regards

    Hi Osman ,

yes, that’s basically right. Instead of Natural you can also use any other language (e.g. COBOL or C) which is supported by EntireX RPC.
