EntireX connection unavailabilty error

    Hello All

    We are often getting the following error from the EntireX connections available in our Prod/QA env:

    • com.wm.lang.flow.FlowException:[ART.117.4002] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to invoke adapter service Login_EntireX_AdapterService. [ART.117.4012] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to run adapter service. Error occurred when connecting to resource CommonRepo.config.connection.codepage.qa.accc:getConnectionXXXX. [ART.118.5053] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to get a connection to resource CommonRepo.config.connection.codepage.qa.accc:getConnectionXXXX. A connection was not available for request in pool CommonRepo.config.connection.codepage.qa.accc:getConnection_RPXXXX

      The connection and the servers are up and running and hence that possibilty is ruled out that these may be down/unavailable.

      Due to the above error most of the times the requests are not processed and this has become a challenge for us in Live/QA both.


      Any help/hints/suggestions regarding the above error is deeply appreciated.
