I'm just curious how other multi-sector companies determine if an IT Project is an 'Enterprise Project" (i.e. managed at Corporate) vs. a Sector IT Project. We have just stood up a Corporate CIO Office and I'm curious what factors other use in making this decision. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
