Enterprise Server 5.0 supported platforms

  • 1.  Enterprise Server 5.0 supported platforms

    Posted Tue January 22, 2002 12:20 PM

The release letter dated December 20, 2001, for Enterprise Broker Server stated that the following platforms were supported:

    • Solaris 2.8, 2.7, 2.6
    • Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows NT
    • AIX 5.1, 4.3
    • Tru64 5.1, 4.0
    • HP/UX 11i, 11.0

In the Readme.txt included with the distribution, the following line is included:

This release supports the following platforms at the time of General Availability: Windows NT, Solaris, and HP/UX. The remaining platforms as outlined in the Installation Guide will be supported within 90 days of General Availability.

Does anyone know if Windows NT means “Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows NT”? I have opened a support request, but thought I would check here also.

    Thanks

    Mike
