  • 1.  Entering licensing number in a trial subscription

    I have installed the free version for Mac (1.0.0.1508), and the trial period is still ongoing. Nonetheless, I have received from my faculty a licensing number which will provide me usage for the duration of my degree. How do I insert this number so my account transforms into a definitive one? Thank you.

    Hi Support Member​ the Trial Version of SPSS Statistics is actually the SPSS Statistics Subscription offering which makes use of an IBMid for licensing.

    You will need to download then install the numbered version of the SPSS Statistics software package in order to apply an authorization code.

    By numbered version, I'm assuming you mean SPSS Statistics 28. I'm having trouble understanding how to download such version without having to pay up front.
