Hello @Tara Miller
We have been running an engagement campaign since late in 2019. In 2020 we had about 350 participants in our βwebinars.
We started with a monthly one-hour introductions session. We had been toying with the idea of putting together a 12-chapter bootcamp or mastery program, but figured that nobody would sign up for it, or attend all sessions.
Half way through 2020 we doubled up with another monthly webinar on a dedicated topic. We call them deep-dives. These have been very successful, and in essence, they replace the mastery program. Less commitment, but at least we guarantee attendees will be interested in the topic.
In terms of materials, we have a full deck that we've used for half-day training sessions. We haven't had one for the last 2 years now. IMHO, those are good for in presence training, not for webinars.
For the monthly intros, we have a slightly more comprehensive deck, covering the fundamentals of the model, rudimentary financial concepts, and a highlight of some allocation paths through the model.
Also, we have a very light introduction to the cost model/ATUM, that I condensed into a 6-minute video.
I'm putting together some more details in another #Bill-the-TBM-Guy story. He definitely knows more than me about this topic... πππ

Subject: End User Training
Good Morning/Evening/Afternoon Apptio Friends!
I am currently working on End User training and identifying persona's for roles here at my organization. Does anyone have any end user training for ITP or Cost Transparency that they would be willing to share? How to you make sure your end users are trained on a continual basis and not just after Apptio is implemented?
