  • 1.  Encoding Issue - German Special characters

    Hi,

    We are using Wm 6.5 and our client is using a encryption and decryption of the files. so when we are trying to decrypt the content from them, we are not able to get all the German special characters.We are using UTF-8 and also tried “ISO8859_1” also but we are not able to encode the content correctly.

    Could any one please help me on this.

    Did you try changing the LOCALE of the IS ?

    Ask the source system people what encoding they used
