On windows you can definitely see it in the event viewer
Or you can also use an IBM support tool, called EventLogMonitor, not sure where you can download it, but you can always ask via a support ticket
It's a nice and handy tool that also provides some highlighting

If you're using Linux/Unix, the "trace" of the deployment of a bar would appear in the System Log of OS (rsyslog).
I've attached a sanitized sample of System log from a UNIX server ( / var / log / messages )
For Windows, I think it could be seen in the Windows Event Viewer.
