  • 1.  Enabling Administrator which is disabled

    Hello friends,

    I’m new to wM. Recently, i moved Administrator user to disabled user, without creating a user in administrator group.
    So, i’m unable to access Administrator page.
    Is there any way to access Administrator other than re-installing wM Integration server.

    Please provide a solution regarding this problem.

    There will be file users.cnf in SoftwareAGInstall/IntegrationServer/Config

    Backup the user.cnf file and follow the below

    Open file in notepad Search with “Administrator”, check few lines below, you will see as disabled.
    Make the change as enabled and start server
