Enable and Disable file Polling port

    Hi All,

    We are using the below service for enable and disable the file polling port in the webMethods 6.5 version ie:

    wm.server.net:listenerDisable
    wm.server.net:listenerEnable

    These services are the part of the Wm Root package.

    I wanted to know how safe and is it recommended to use the services in the Wm Root package.

    Please let us know. Also if it is not safe, then whats the other alternatives for the same.

    Hello Amit,

    It’s not advisable to use any of the service from WmRoot package. Even the documentation for the services in this package is not available.

    For your problem, pls check if there is any service availble in psutils for the same.
