    I created the tasks for my process and when I did so, I turned off the inbox portlet creation. But it still created the inbox portlets, just empty. So now I have 7 empty portlets under my Monitoring->Business->Tasks view.

    Is there any way to get rid of these portlets now? I only want to see the My Inbox, Task List Management, and Task Charts tabs.

    Also is there any way to prevent this from happening in the future?

    I’m running MWS 7.1.2

    FYI I found it. Find the taskDetails.xml file for each task in your process. Set isTaskFolder from true to false and redeploy and they go away.
