  • 1.  Emails being sent to users

    Hi,

    I had one of our users call me up about the email below, thinking it was a phishing email.  Why has this email been sent automatically. I didn't initiate this as Administrator or recommend the app  - Where can I turn emails like this off please?

    Hi Andy,

    You can turn off email notification in the setup > Settings > User Settings > Basic > End User Notification Settings.

    I'm still curious as to why this email stated that the Administrator had recommended the app, which I hadn't.

    When I checked the user settings, as per your suggestion, there is an option:

    "Email notifications sent to users to welcome them to the App Catalog as well as notifications of new app or upgrade distributions to their devices"

    I've unchecked this now.
