Hi,

I am processing flat file using file polling configuration but i have few specific requirements like if there is any imporper record in flat file then i need to send an email.

I mean while processing 100 records from flat file i got an exception on 50th line then is it possible to send an email? if yes how?

Is there any readymade service available in IS 6.1 to send an email?

Review the Built-in Services Reference guide. There is a service available. Please note that you’ll need to configure IS to know which SMTP server to use.
