    Dear Team,

    I am working on email outbound text and I want to change Font size and color or email text. when i send email it only show the bold text in console but in received email it only shows the plain text. We cant use Email outbound HTML due to some fields. I have attached the screenshot of console and code picture.

    Hi Aftab,
      I am facing a problem in Time, Incident time is not matched from email i recieved from SOAR. I found 5 hour difference in time. Can you please let me know about this ?

    Can you show the configuration in the SOAR UI where this is set up? Could be something in the configuration.
