    Hi,

    I'm working on a decision scenario where I may need to direct the user to an Email OTP branch step. The issue is that the built-in Email OTP mechanism doesn't have an identifier in the Authentication Mechanisms list, so it doesn't appear in the dropdown when selecting the branch step.

    I'd prefer to avoid heavy customization and keep the implementation clean and maintainable.

    Do you have any recommendations for how to handle this?

    At the moment, I'm considering building a custom Email OTP mechanism using a server connection entry instead.

    I think you need to use MAC One-time Password, and configure its instance properties in the policy branch for Email OTP.
