    Dears,
    Appreciate your valuable support, I have a problem when sending mail to Resilient it stopped to open ticket.

    the response is 

    Failed to transform email

    it was working well and opening tickets with attachments successfully but suddenly this problem happened.

    Any one can help

    It sounds like you are having issues with the old email connector.

    The best way to solve this issue is to contact Customer Success.
