I wanted to know if EM 9.12 is compatible with UM version 10 and above.?
The answer is NO, it does not connect.
Enterprise Manager is designed to be used with a specific release, for instance Enterprise Manager 9.12 should only be used with Universal Messaging 9.12. This ensures that any changes made to Universal Messaging are correctly reflected in Enterprise Manager. Using Enterprise Manager at a different release level to Universal Messaging may give incorrect or misleading information and is not supported. Short version - match Enterprise Manager version to the Universal Messaging version.
