Great work, @Chennappa m, I'll be studying your document in great detail, as BU engagement is a topic we've been struggling with for a while. Maybe this is the way to go.

Subject: Elite TBMA Case Study
Case study focuses on how an implementation of Cost Transparency and Chargeback can make the connection between IT and the size of the charge to a Business Unit (BU) to create an understanding of the value of IT.
At first, there was limited understanding from IT on what services they were providing to the business. The bill that they used to show to the business units included one line with a number that was allocated, and it did not explain why and how the charges were generated, with the ultimate lack of trust between IT and the business, it led us to establish a Cost Transparency model at the company. This tells how much a service was costing the business units, then they needed the total cost of the service including the infrastructure and labor required to run and support it. By gathering the necessary data and configuring the model to appropriately send costs, we can implement an internal pricing mechanism in Cost Transparency. This is what ultimately led us to create charge back for business unit consumption.
This allows business units to opt out of services, it increases transparency that Apptio provides and now no business units opting out and increase the trust of the costs of IT.
The business units (BU) now change their bill by shifting their consumption and there is clarity around exactly how IT was providing value to the business units. @Candace D'Amour, @Curtis Michael , @Guttman Michael, @Hippke Michael, @Le Maistre Michael, @Michael Ahern, @Michael Angoli, @Michael Atkins, @Michael Atkins, @Michael Bamford, @michael beber, @Michael Boshnack, @Michael Buss, @Michael Casinha, @Gurpur Prabhu,
