Can someone please tell me how does one perform effort estimation for:

1. BPM creation (through steps,i/o,transitions using Designer)
2. Its implementation (through flow services using Developer)

Currently I only have Diagram of High level Tasks making up the BPM, and know some technicalities of implementation of some of the steps using flow services.
Are there any standard guidelines, or reference available to come at better effort estimate ?

You can refer to estimation guidelines on adavantage site under GEARS section.
I don’t think they have updated the templates for newer version after 6.5, but you will get a fair idea about your doubts…
