  • 1.  Effect Size for Mann Whitney U test

    I read in IBM SPSS book that effect size is defined by the strength of relationship between two variables - one being dependent and another being independent. In that a case, can we find effect size with Mann Whitney Test? Mann Whitney Test considers variables that are independent of each other.
