Hello-

We are currently going through an upgrade to wM 6.1, and for some reason, when we receive EDIINT from our partners or if we wrap EDI in EDIINT and send back to TN for routing, the user status of the EDIINT document is NEW and not the typical ProcessMsg or SendMsg status.

Has anyone seen this before or does anyone know how to resolve this?

Check if anybody modified the default EDIINT processingRules(EDIINT Process Message,EDIINT Send Message) and changed the UserStatus in Processing Action.

If not i believe NEW indicates the particular transaction is still running and if processing is done then TA will show like “SendMsg:DONE” and “ProcessMsg:PAYLOAD” in the UserStatus.

Just my thought.
