    Hi Everyone,

    I would like to seek advise regarding the error that i am facing like show below

    An error occurred invoking the processing service wm.EDIINT.rules:processMDN for this document. The original error was com.wm.lang.flow.FlowException: sender and/or receiver unknown

    In TN Console, transaction analysis, open the failed transaction, and then open the content type tab. See if the MDN is being sent in HTML format.

    ARM,

    Is the original EDIINT send request sent successfully having with Sender/Receiver in the trasactions page correctly and you got the MDN back with unknown that strange? Please check the MDN content and see if there is any issue with it and contact your TP if required.
