The EDI Typetrees are available in the IBM WebSphere TX Pack for EDI.  Additionally, some ebXML schema files are available from:

There are currently no example maps in the IBM repository for tis type of transformation.  The creation of a map for any particular type of EDI message to the equivalent ebXML message is a topic far too complex for developerWorks, and I recommend you either build up to that level of complexity slowly, or contact IBM Sales to engage IBM Services.

Could you please let me know do we have to buy this EDI TypeTress from IBM?  (As i did not find any sample tree related to EDI in WTX).

If yes will it be an generic EDI Type tree and  can we modify  it as per our requirement?
