eclipse 2020-09 breaks WebSphere and Liberty

    Currently
    Eclipse 2020-09 includes a reference to WebSphere Liberty as one of the supported servers
    However, attempting to install the adapter breaks this support
    This is with both the 2019-09 and 2020-09 adapter
    The URL referenced in Eclipse is for 2019-09

    Also, due to the switch to Java 11, WebSphere AppServer no longer works

    Yes we are aware that there is an issue which makes the WebSphere Developer Tools incompatible with the Eclipse 2020.09 release. 

    This is publicly tracked in the open source version of the tools here: https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-liberty-tools/issues/407
