Dear Everyone,

It pretty weird as sometimes/intermittent, the DWC console when we go to Monitor Workload page it display a message AWSUI6005W  saying that no engine connection is available. 
And the engine drop down list is empty.
What and why this happened and what caused it happened?

We'd be happy to help you resolve this issue, but since the error is intermittent, we'll need you to open a support case. This will allow the support team to investigate the logs from the time of the occurrence, identify the root cause, and track the problem through to resolution.

Will open a support case, but is it a normal behaviour happened?
or it should not happen at all?

Does anyone here having a same issue on this? or previously encounter?
