DUPLICATE ISAN CONTROL NUMBER

    Hi All,

    We are receiving duplicate ISA control number exception and detail error says “Expected a control number of 100000004, but received 1598. This is a duplicate control number. [EDIFTN.000010.000248]”

    Vendor is sending 997’s non sequential control numbers and they were rejected with the above error.Please suggest how to proceed

    Here is the fix for this issue,

    Actually we see that issue is with problem in TPA setup.We have configured the TPA for outbound and it looks good but in the case of inbound there is no TPA configured and WM will make use of default TPA(UNKNOWN) and changed the settings for UNKNOWN TPA and it looks fine
