    Hi all

    Just trying the user community here to see if anyone has had the same problem..
    We are new to the Cloud and are utilizing an Exchange Server rule to add a CC to an email archive mailbox - this is partly as an archive and partly as an internal control.
    When in receipt of large emails, we are finding they are getting duplicated in the archive mailbox, some up to 28 times.  This usually happens when emails are sent to multiple users but there is no direct correlation between email size, number of recipients and number of duplicates.  Users are not receiving duplicates. IBM has confirmed they are only issuing one email per report.  Our Exchange Server team are liaising with Microsoft but can find no issues.  We have ruled out Cognos DLs as the source of the problem as we still get duplicates when issuing reports directly to users.

    We have gone from relatively modest email volumes/size to adding 3GB+ of reports to our archive over the course of a weekend


    Has anyone else suffered a similar issue and resolved it?
