Seems like this was a problem with 6.7 but I don't recall all of the required changes to make it happen. Can anyone point me to the related reference doc?

For recommended fix refer to 6.7.n installation 'readme.txt' file. Didn't see it in the 7.5 file.

Solution revolves around renaming some m4*.DLLs. Haven't tested it yet but the solution worked in 6.7.1.

I'll post again if it wasn't the complete solution.
