ds4700 firmware and uncertified disk

    i have a DS4700 storage ,i updated the firmware to the FW_DS4700_06603400 level and i am unable to update it to  FW_DS4700_07606300.

    And also I inserted two fc 300 gb disk which is not recognized by the storage and is not showing error for one of the disk and for the other one it says uncertified disk.

    hence Ithought updating the firmware to latest version might resolve this but i am even unable to update the firmware.
