  • 1.  DPR-ERR-2072 with CA v11.2.1 and Oracle (in CQM)

    Hi,

    I'm having this DPR-ERR-2072 with CA v11.2.1 and Oracle (a supported version), only in compatible/CQM.
    It is working fine in DQM (JDBC).

    The dispatcher and the dataset-service don't have the same port value.

    I've only one dispatcher. Any idea? I've seen nothing relevant (to me) in the cognosserver.log file.

    Hi Patrick,
    A few weeks ago I had a similar problem with one of our clients.

    I solved the problem by changing the Oracle connection definition. I used SID instead of TNS names in Oracle driver setup.

    I'm sure you are considering a 32 bit driver. CQM requires 32-bit drivers.

    I know that sometimes for some errors there are more specific Oracle errors in some of the logs. I forget where exactly, but I do think they are in one of the folders inside the logs folders
