    You cannot download a selective fileset from FixCentral anymore. If you want a newer version of a fileset you'll have to download an entire service pack. This makes it easier for IBM to ensure you are not piece-mealing a system together and causing support problems.

    If you need the base-level fileset, you'll have to get it off CD or through the entitlement website which requires a contract.
