    I have been trying to download Cplex - limited/evaluation edition (1000 variables & constraints)

    I managed to download a file named "preview.zip". 

    Is this the correct file?

    Further to the above:

    I ran the executable "cos_installer_preview-22.1.1.0.R0-M08SVML-win-x86-64.exe". It then prompts "Please select another location to extract the installer" (see below). When a location is selected it simply hangs.... forever !

    What do I do? How can I fix this?
