Hello,
We use DOORS 9.6.1.3 running on WIn 2012 R2. The link on DOORS General page looks buggy. It has some addiitonal ID's 0b2270a7-e768-11e5-bf0e-4dea684fa4d8 which is not known to us. However the actual Database ID is 1-5620f131089c7280-A. I've also checked the Festival file on DWA server and it looks absolutely fine.
Please can someone help me to find out from where this ID is coming and how we can fix it?

Can you give us a bit more info about the scenario.

you use Doors with DWA, and somehow you get a fancy Doors DB ID.

Is your sytem still working, just the id look wrong?

is it after you installed DWA?

some thing else?
