My users currently log into DOORs via Single Sign On. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues when they log into DOORS via QCI SSO. What am I missing configuration wise?

Better late than never!

There is no SSO with QCI. But if you are using a local IWSUSER account to access the QCI Admin Tool, then you can login to the QCI server locally and when you start the Admin tool you shouldn't have to provide the IWSUSER password. Yet the login prompt will still be inevitable.

In fact there is no true SSO solution for DOORS either.
