now i face a issue about modeler connection of webMethods 6.1 and i login the IS server and check the RepoV3 Storage Settings in WmModeler and find it is not started.the connection log as below:

Wowo,this issue has resolve .
i find the run normal model(webMethods61\Modeler) and the modeler package . and replace the issue modeler.
then it’s running OK ,but you must reset the modeler setting.
