Hello,
Did SAP SQL Anywhere (ASA) supported in WTX 8.4 ? IBM documentation has information on Sybase ASE and Sybase IQ, but not about the SQL Anywhere version. Even with that, its says support of Sybase ASE 16.0 in WTX 8.4.1.3/
Did anyone used it before?
Thanks.

I see no reason why it would not work, but it was certainly never tested officially by IBM.
Later today, I will see if I can download a copy and give it a try.
Thank you.

OK, so I have installed Sybase ASE 16, and WTX 8.4.0.5 seems to be OK with it. I haven't done extensive testing, so I advised you do that.
I have re-read (and edited) your question, and now realise that SQL Anywhere is a separate product from Sybase ASE.
I'll do some testing, but I think you'll be restricted to ODBC on this DBMS.
Yes, you will be restricted to using an ODBC connection from any version of WTX/ITX to SAP SQL Anywhere (any version).
