AFAIK, Open JDK is not supported yet (till 9.10). Have a chat with SAG support to confirm.

    Refer “10-3_System_Requirements_for_Software_AG_Products.pdf”

    Hi,

there was an announcement either on Empower or here in the community forums that there is a plan to support another jdk instead of Oracle JDK due to the expiration of support for Java 8.

Please refer to the following post “Software AG products supported with Azul Zulu JDK” in the “webMethods Announcements & News” Forum:

    Regards,

From 10.3, webMethods products are supported on Zulu Java (8.31).
