    I am needing SPSS20 for a college class and I am wanting to make sure that I can run the program on my computer.

    That answer really depends upon the architecture of your Microsoft Surface. IBM SPSS Statistics (regardless of version) is currently supported in Intel Macs and Intel/AMD x86_64 desktop architecture. Thus, if your Microsoft Surface is running an ARM processor, the software would not work there.
