When we click Processing Rules Tab we see in the layout only, Ordinal, Rule Name, Senders and Receivers.
Is there any way we can see “Document Type” also?? in the layout ?

Yes. Click the Show/Hide Query button (magnifying glass). Click the Detail View. Select the items you want displayed in the list.
