    Hi there,

    We are running a 7.1.2 IS cluster, lately, we observed that the Docs Queued for the Client ID JMSConsumer1##PEControlSubscriber and JMSConsumer2##PEControlSubscriber were piling up, documents were not consumed fast enough, what could be the cause of documents queued up? and is there a way to speed up its processing?

    Did you check who are subscribers and how frequently they are grabbing the messages from Q.

    There is no error message, it just that the consumption of this Q is very slow. Is there any way to speed up its consumption?

    I believe this is an internal subscriber within WM to update the process model status.
