Do we have version control in Centrasite?

    Hi,

    Am able to publish packages from designer 8.0 to Centrasite 8.0,
    When i publish a package A for the first time to Centrasite, the package version is represented as 1.0 (automatically generated when published).
    But when i make changes to the same package , say i add a new service and then publish it again, the package version remains the same(1.0), although the new service is relfecting with a version 1.0.

    My query is why is that the package version is not revised(to 2.0) again when i publish it for the second time.

    Does Centrasite have a control over the asset version?
