Hoping someone else has had this issue - Just patched an AIX 7200-05-03-2136 system with the latest efixes and java and ssh fixes.  Did two systems.  One is fine but on the other one I get a message from dnf check (see below) but dnf works.  Has anyone seen this: 

dnf check
Failed loading plugin "generate_completion_cache": rtld: 0712-001 Symbol sqlite3_close_v2 was referenced
      from module /opt/freeware/lib/python3.7/lib-dynload/_sqlite3.so(), but a runtime definition
      of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol sqlite3_errstr was referenced
      from module /opt/freeware/lib/python3.7/lib-dynload/_sqlite3.so(), but a runtime definition
      of the symbol was not found.

Did you check that you have LIBPATH set? I've got the problem yesterday, because someone set LIBPATH variable on the server.
