Would like to get some insights about the "As Tree" data structure feature.

My goal is to display my 6 attributes with 2 single columns  and 1 tree column (4 other attributes). Example below:

My understanding is that the attributes should be grouped to display it as a tree structure. Since I don't want to include "Service" and "Org(SVC) Lv2" in my tree column, I ungrouped them. But by doing this,  those 2 columns are producing Various data since they are not part of the group.

Is it possible to show a tree structure and single columns side by side in a table?
