    But ok, those hdisks, are they regular disks or SAN LUNs? What kind of system is this? What kind of HBAs, MPIO? AIX version.

    Details.

    I also see a F60run in there, so probably someone is generating some god awful report.

    So apart from collecting that info, also grab nmon, create some stats and go over it.

    AIX version 5.3.

    How can i relate hdisks to the mount point ex:-vol01,vol02 etc.

    Here's the link below if they haven't. It has several system parameters settings that Oracle suggests for AIX. It will help you in the future so keep a copy close by. I've used it many times and it does get updated.
