    The patch ref I found refers to an issue using 'optional white space' as part of a terminator. That said, a patch might be required. However, I've never encountered this issue without there being a design, permission or network issue of some sort. Unless of course there were work files from a previous run, a map executed via command server in conflict with another resource running the same map at the same time or a file by nature that can only be accessed by one application/user at a time.
