How can i directly publish a document based on a document type to the broker? Is there any way that from the Enterprise tools, I can directly publish a document to the broker?

There are many ways to do so. What sort of environment are you trying to publish from? Is the document in a database? a flat file? Are you trying to publish a test document? If you can provide a bit more information about what you want to do we can provide a prescriptive solution.
