Hi,
Using CPE 5.5.3
Customer has 3 queue sweeps in the system - in ACCE the very same records are displayed for each in Queue Entries.
This goes against when they query the. eg: the database
SELECT count(*)-1 as count FROM [I_OS_CZ_IN].[dbo].[UT_U_TriggerCreateRequest]
gives a count of 37
SELECT count(*)-1 as count FROM [I_OS_CZ_IN].[dbo].[UT_U_TriggerUpdateRequest]
gives a count of 0
This behaviour is very confusing and makes the ACCE view unreliable.

eg:

They are aware thatthey could resolve the problem by re-setting the FailureCount to 0 and, for this particular failure - as the JMS subsystem is now connected - the queue entries will be processed and removed from this view.

This is not the point of the question though: the point is that in ACCE it seems there is a display error because different queue sweeps show the same data in the Queue Entries tab.

Is this a problem with the ACCE display or how can this be explained?
